Terms of service

By commissioning me you agree to my terms and certify that you have read this in its entirety. Violation of these terms will result in the termination of the transaction between the client and the artist.

Please make sure to read the terms carefully ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و

I. Payments and Pricing• There will be NO REFUNDS once the artist works on the commission. All payments will be done via Paypal or Gcash only.• Payments must be done upfront or split 50/50 (downpayment) before the artist works on the commission. The artist highly appreciates tips!• Any substantial or major change to the image after the sketch has been approved by the client will cost at a minimum an additional 20% of the full price.• Consumption tax (10%) will be added to the total amount.• Milestone payments in Vgen will incur more tax fees.
II. Prohibited Actions1. Altering or editing my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.2. Tracing or re-purposing parts of my artwork and claiming it as your own.3. You are not permitted to claim the work as your own or to remove the watermark. Please properly credit the artist when posting it on social media sites (a link or a tag will do).4. Distributing, reproducing, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork. If the commission is for Commercial Purpose, the artist must be informed before starting the commission as Commercial use commissions will cost more fees.5. Don't use any of the commission or any of my artworks to create NFTs or artificial intelligence (AI) image generators. Additionally, it is strictly forbidden to use the artwork for any form of profit-making or advertising related to NFT, blockchains, cryptocurrencies, AI programs, or other potential future developments in the field. It is strictly forbidden to use the artwork for any marketing or financial gain related to blockchain technology.


III. Process & etc.• Please feel free to provide references in the form of detailed images and describe preferred concepts in mind.• Please feel free to ask me for updates as I will send out updates and work-in-progress on a regular basis for comments and adjustments.• Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take 2 weeks up to a month (subject to change depending on complexity).• I will be asking for your utmost patience in order to ensure that the commissioned piece will be of best quality. I currently do not accept rushed or time-sensitive commissions as I do have responsibilities outside doing commissioned work. (I am currently a college student).• The finished artwork will be posted on the artist's social media accounts, unless the client says otherwise.
The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission without further explanation.The Artist reserves the right to halt or cancel work on a commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in English, or a violation of these Terms of Service.

  • Additional fees for detailed background - + $5 to $20 (depending on complexity)

  • Additional fees for extra details - + $10 to $15 (depending on complexity)

  • Simple/plain colored backgrounds are free of charge.

  • Prices only apply to one character. Additional character + 100% of the base price.

  • Commercial Use + 100% of base price.

  • Prices stated above are starting prices not yet inclusive of additional charges.
